The on-boarding of customers would largely be done via our Website, social media or App. A Pre-assessment/Visit of the elderly would be carried out before the elderly is mapped to the plan. Preassessment would attract a one-off payment which covers the visit to the elderly’s home by the Medical Personnel to carry out the evaluation.
The report from the visit would be submitted to the elderly’s sponsor who in turn would proceed to make payment for the plan.
In cases where the report does not support Home Care Services, recommendation by our Geriatrician is given to the elderly’s sponsor.
